Kerri Martinez, President

Kerri brings a genuine passion for the financial operations of our interior design business—an area she has always found both engaging and essential. With a strong background in multi-family home renovations and years of industry experience, she prioritizes operational efficiency, cost-conscious management, and maintaining lean overhead—directly contributing to the value we deliver to our clients. A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Kerri is committed to ensuring that our internal processes run seamlessly. Her focus allows both clients and designers to remain immersed in the creative process—while enjoying it along the way. Kerri believes that the financial side of a project is just as critical as the design itself. Regardless of a project’s size, clients deserve—and rightly expect—the greatest value for their investment. Delivering on that promise is at the core of what we do every single day.

Marybeth Gann, Lead Interior Designer

Marybeth’s passion for interior design started early—long before it became her career—through years spent helping her realtor mother stage homes and dreaming of being on HGTV. That early interest naturally grew into a calling while earning her interior design degree from Illinois State University, where she gained hands-on experience through internships with design firms in both Texas and Illinois.

Since beginning her career in the Dallas–Fort Worth area in 2019, Marybeth has focused on creating thoughtful, livable spaces that reflect each client’s unique style. Now serving as Lead Designer at Arveaux, she approaches every project with a balance of creativity and practicality, always keeping both beauty and function top of mind.

Marybeth enjoys working closely with clients, builders, and vendors, and is known for making the design process feel collaborative and easy. She has a strong eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing ideas to life—helping turn her clients’ visions into spaces that feel personal, comfortable, and well considered.

Isabella Vance, Interior Design Assistant

Isabella’s passion for how spaces shape experiences began early and led her to study interior design at Baylor University, where a hospitality design internship deepened her understanding of creating environments that are both functional and emotionally resonant. Guided by curiosity, intention, and a respect for the people who inhabit each space, she is inspired by how thoughtful design can elevate everyday life with comfort, clarity, and joy. Known for her collaborative spirit and refined organization, Isabella brings creativity and care to every project, aiming to make the design process as positive as the final result while crafting spaces that beautifully reflect the people within them.

Joy Baber, Purchasing Coordinator

With over a decade of experience in purchasing and product development within the modern furniture world, Joy brings a passion for design, detail, and all things home to the Arveaux team. By combining her leadership experience in the retail sector and education in Interior Design from Wade College, she found her niche behind the scenes, streamlining sourcing and procurement so our designers can stay focused on what they do best. Her sharp eye and problem-solving mindset help keep every project moving forward seamlessly. For Joy, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing a client’s dream space come to life and knowing she played a key role in making it happen.
