Shipping policy
ONLINE ORDERS
Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email containing your order number and order details. It is unlikely that we can change the shipping address after an order has already been processed, please check your order details carefully prior to confirming. In the event something needs to change, please contact us at info@arveauxinteriors.com immediately and will do our best to accommodate if possible.
OVERSIZED & FURNITURE ORDERS
Please contact the showroom directly to place an order on a piece of furniture or oversized product that is not eligible for shipping. Upon placing your order you are able to pick-up in store Monday through Friday between our operating hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm.
Arveaux can organize local delivery from our store to your home through a third-party delivery service. Please let us know if you’d like to arrange delivery and we will provide you with an estimate for these services.
